About The Role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of scaling mature platforms and building entirely new products from zero to one. In this cross-company role, you will work across: HyperionDev, our established digital learning ecosystem used by thousands of students and mentors, and HyperDev, our early-stage innovation arm building AI-powered tools and next-generation developer experiences You will play a critical role in evolving our core education platform, leveraging your expertise to drive strategic product decisions that align with our company's overall vision. This includes: • Developing and maintaining deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and roadmaps. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, design, and operations teams. • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with new products or features. • Developing and managing budgets for product development initiatives. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the company. What We're Looking For: • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in the tech or education industries. • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or features that meet customer needs and drive business results. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
