- Distill conversations with users into actionable Epics and User Stories and groom technical implementation with engineers.
- Be the single source of truth for technical delivery and estimates
- Recommend priorities to features and enhancements based on subject matter expertise
- Work with technology and infrastructure architect and technical engineering counterparts to understand the risks, benefits, and tradeoffs to technical decisions relating to data consumption.
- Protect engineering time and backlog with thoughtful prioritization
- Prepare and route non-standard intake requests to Product and Engineering Leads for product decisioning
