Technical Product Manager (100 % Remote, m/w/d)

SendDrop is a young SaaS startup from the logistics and shipping sector. We develop a smart shipping platform that helps e-commerce companies create shipping labels for various courier services through a central interface – quickly, easily, and cost-effectively. Our team works 100% remote – with short decision-making paths, flat hierarchies, and the ambition to change the shipping market sustainably.

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who bridges the gap between business requirements and development – someone who is responsible for features from idea to release and actively shapes our product.

Aufgaben

This is what we expect from you:

• You take on requirements for new features and improvements, structure them, and translate them into detailed specifications and tickets
• You create UI/UX concepts – from wireframes to clear descriptions of how a feature should look and function
• You work closely with our developers: you provide clear briefings, clarify questions, and ensure that nothing gets lost in implementation
• You identify, reproduce, and prioritize bugs and bring them structured into development
• You thoroughly test finished features, ensure quality, and release them only after successful testing
• You shape the product roadmap with: evaluating feature ideas, prioritizing, and actively driving forward the development of the platform
• You monitor market and competition to recognize trends and improvement potential early on

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design – you can explain and sketch how a feature should look and feel
• Experience working with developers: you know how to formulate technical requirements clearly
• Experience in the e-commerce or logistics sector
• Independent, structured work style – you feel comfortable at home and organize yourself
• Perfect German language skills in writing and speaking
• Bonus: Experience with courier services (DHL, DPD, GLS etc.) and their systems/APIs
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, TypeScript)
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Trello, Hubspot, Discord, Photoshop or Figma
