Technical Product Lead / Software Architect (m/f/d) immediate effect

• You are the (technical) interface between strategy and implementation in the environment of our own testing and audit software.
• You manage the product and the implementation of requirements with external partners.
• You structure and define the requirements and processes of internal and external users.
• You formulate user stories, define features, and manage the backlog.
• You are responsible for testing and quality assurance of the implemented functions.
• Together with Product Ownership and the service provider, you design the software with the goal of developing scalable systems, simplifying existing solutions, and identifying optimization opportunities.
• You are the technical point of contact for internal and external users as well as for the analysis of customer problems.

• Completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in software development or technical product responsibility.
• High interest in processes and enthusiasm for innovative technologies and digitization in the construction industry.
• Ideally, experience with Agile/SCRUM, especially user story creation and backlog refinement.
• Understanding of system architecture, data modeling, and API design.
• Initial experience with AI tools like Claude Code for specification, coding, testing, or documentation.
• Ability to explain technical topics understandably and translate requirements into structured user stories.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, questioning requirements and proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
