Technical Product & Implementation Specialist (m/w/d)

sqanit defines Service-Management anew. We are the "XRM for Products": Over digital twins, AR-Support, and smart Self-Services, we connect world leaders (including Fortune 500 from MedTech & Industrial) directly with their end customers in Europe, the USA, and Middle-East.

We are scaling our business significantly and seeking reinforcement to successfully roll out, establish, and sustainably anchor our software with customers.

This is not a classical Customer Success role with upselling quotas or churn KPIs. You are the technical architect of customer relationships. As soon as the contract is signed, you take the reins. You are the "Product Champion", who understands complex requirements from our enterprise customers and technically maps them in our platform.

Aufgaben

• Technical Onboarding: You lead implementation projects and configure the sqanit-platform precisely for the asset structures of customers.
• Trusted Advisor: You are the first and last instance for all technical and factual questions about the product. When a customer has a problem, you build the solution.
• Solution Design: You translate real business processes into digital workflows (without coding yourself, but with deep understanding of logic and APIs).
• Product Interface: You are the most important link between customers and Tech/Product-Team. You validate & consolidate feedback and ensure that customers always get the best solution for their challenges.
• Demo Expertise: You support our Business Development in technical deep dives and build convincing demo environments.

Qualifikation

• You have experience in the field of Technical Consulting, Implementation, Professional Services or in a technically focused SaaS role.
• Tech-Mindset: Terms like APIs, JSON, or system integration are not foreign to you. You do not need to program, but should understand how modern web architectures work.
• Problem-Solver Gene: You think in processes and love it when complex issues are structured so that they seem simple for the end user.
• Kommunikation: You move confidently on eye level with project leaders at world leaders – both in German and English.
• Ownership: You feel responsible for "your" projects. Your claim is that the solution will work perfectly in the end.
• Academic background (e.g. TUM, LMU, ETH) is not a criterion – thinking style and working method already are.
