Technical Product Associate (m/w/d)

You won't just process tickets, but understand what the customer REALLY needs – and then make sure it gets built?

As a Technical Product Associate, you're the operational bridge between customers, development team, and product vision. You translate complex requirements into precise, development-ready specifications and ensure that every feature is tested and documented before handover.

You work intensively with AI tools to work more efficiently: from documentation over Requirements Analysis to quality control. AI is not just a hype for you, but your daily working routine – you use it strategically to deliver better results faster.

Aufgaben

• Calls and Client-Chats analyze, requirements extract, and missing info proactively obtain
• Inputs in technical Specs translate: Context, Business Need, Edge Cases, Dependencies, and Acceptance Criteria – everything so that development can start directly
• PRDs write with Problem Statement, User Flows, Technical Notes, and Data Requirements – structured and unambiguous
• Features test before handover: Edge Cases check and bugs document so they can be fixed immediately
• Tickets in Asana structure: Priorities set, Dependencies clear, Blocker communicate promptly
• Project-Dokumentation in Notion maintain: Templates create, Handover-Dokumente prepare, everything keep up-to-date
• Dev-Team support with technical Checks, Doku-Updates, Flow-Verification, and small operational issues
• When needed, German-speaking customers support: Meetings accompany, Decisions document, Follow-ups send

Qualifikation

• Tech understanding for software, APIs, and data flows – you don't have to be able to program, but understand how things fit together
• Experience with Asana, Notion, Jira or similar tools
• Experience in Testing: Edge Cases find and bugs document neatly belongs to you
• Ai-Tools are part of your daily routine – ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI or similar use actively
• German fluent, English secure – for Doku and team communication
• Analytical thinking: You see what's missing in requirements before it becomes a problem
• You bring structure to unclear situations
• Proactive: You don't wait for answers, but ask
• Detail-accurate: Even the Edge Case on line 47 remains hidden from you
• Independent working style: You know what's next without being told
• Fast adaptation to new products, customers, and requirements
