We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain comprehensive procurement plans and strategies that align with business objectives; • Source and procure goods, services, and materials from a diverse range of suppliers; • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements; • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms for Vammo; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement processes and procedures; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal customers; • Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities; • Provide procurement support to other departments as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
