Job description
Candidate ideal:
- Technical studies of specialty (professional school, technical high school);
- Tech skills: quality standards and regulations, process improvement techniques, analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PPT), ERP, MES;
- Good communication and relationship skills;
- A dynamic, responsible, organized, detail-oriented person.
Description of the job:
- Verify conformity with process parameters, analyze main causes of deviations, verify general performance results;
- Contribute to analyzing the causes of industrial performance differences and developing action plans for improvement;
- Prioritize and update process parameter files and prescriptions in a timely manner;
- Perform on-site tests, monitor production samples, verify efficiency of action plans for improvement;
- Prepare test reports;
- Verify and calibrate process parameters and take measures accordingly;
- Contribute to validating new equipment or upgrades;
- Contribute to updating technical specifications documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA, and other relevant technical files.
