Technical Process

Candidate ideal:

• Technical studies of specialty (professional school, technical high school);
• Tech skills: quality standards and regulations, process improvement techniques, analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• MS Office software applications (Excel, Word, PPT), ERP, MES;
• Good communication and relationship skills;
• A dynamic, responsible, organized, detail-oriented person.

Description of the job:

• Verify conformity with process parameters, analyze main causes of deviations, verify general performance results;
• Contribute to analyzing the causes of industrial performance differences and developing action plans for improvement;
• Prioritize and update process parameter files and prescriptions in a timely manner;
• Perform on-site tests, monitor production samples, verify efficiency of action plans for improvement;
• Prepare test reports;
• Verify and calibrate process parameters and take measures accordingly;
• Contribute to validating new equipment or upgrades;
• Contribute to updating technical specifications documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA, and other relevant technical files.
