Technical Partner Manager (m/w/d)

Our partner ecosystem is growing further, and exactly for that we're looking for you: our next Partner Manager (m/w/d), who loves technical challenges, takes responsibility, and supports our partners with genuine expertise.

Aufgaben

What you'll be working on

• You process complex technical inquiries from our partners around the ADITO software – precisely, solution-oriented, and with technical depth.
• You support our partners in technical onboarding and accompany them during the early project phase.
• You work with our ticket system and recognize immediately if a topic is an „Showstopper“ – and act accordingly.
• You conduct technical consultations, help with interface design, and support error analysis.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Professional experience in partner management or 2nd/3rd level support
• Fundamental knowledge of SQL databases, Web service interfaces, and JavaScript
• Good self-organization, prioritization skills, and enthusiasm for working in a team instead of as an individual
• Solution-oriented work approach – you recognize what's really behind tickets
• You speak fluent German (at least C1) and good English (at least B1)
• Experience in software product support or technical partner management
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Educational background or study in the field of computer science / application developmentBegeisterung for technical details, without losing sight of processes and user needs
