Technical Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Technical Operations Manager to develop complex technologies in the field of Deep Tech, focusing on quantum communication. In an international team of physicists and engineers, solutions are being developed that will be used both on Earth and in space. This is not about classical project structures, but about intelligent management of scarce and highly specialized resources. Exactly here, this role sets in. You take responsibility for several parallel running projects and ensure that everything is at the right place at the right time. Tasks

• Planning and allocation of resources across several parallel running projects
• Monitoring project progress and early detection of bottlenecks
• Development of solutions in case of resource conflicts and project delays
• Strategic planning of future resource requirements
• Organization and moderation of internal meetings, including documentation
• Support for the accounting of funding projects
• As Technical Operations Specialist, you will optionally take on tasks in Customer Success and work with external partners

Qualification

• First experience in project management or resource management or comparable tasks
• Structured and analytical thinking with high self-responsibility
• Able to coordinate multiple topics parallelly and maintain an overview
• Techical understanding that helps you understand developer challenges and translate them into meaningful plans
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or similar applications
• Very good English skills on C1 level
• As Technical Operations Specialist, you bring a high intrinsic motivation and an independent working style
