Technical Operations Installation, Service and Maintenance Technician

• Safety and automation systems: sliding doors, automatic doors, rotating doors, industrial doors, medical doors, fire-resistant curtains, automated parking systems.

• Tech studies or training courses followed previously; (preferably)
• Electro-mechanical knowledge; (not mandatory)
• Experience in construction sites (constitutes an advantage, but not mandatory)
• Openness to learning new knowledge regarding systems and equipment from manufacturers in the field;
• Driving license category B; (mandatory)
• Availability for travel and work in a planned system with daily routes in Southern and Eastern regions of the country;
• A strong desire to assimilate new technologies;
• A responsible, organized person.

• Install and put into operation doors, access systems, and automation installations;
• Maintain and service facilities at customer sites;
• Perform preventive/corrective interventions;
• Perform technical operations to extend systems (cable, connect, etc.);
• Ensure technical support, identify defects, and propose lists of spare parts, equipment, and consumables;
• Prepare maintenance reports and files for the interventions performed;
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve and close requests;
• Provide technical consulting and training to clients;
• Contribute suggestions and initiatives to improve and streamline work procedures, increasing service quality.
