Job description
Technical Operations Engineer is a position within the TETA Cloud Operations team. The team manages the UNIT4 Polska data center, from which SaaS and BPO services are offered for TETA ERP/HR/ME products.
- ensuring continuity and high performance of UNIT4 Polska services offered from data centers,
- creating service requests in manufacturers' systems and overseeing their execution on-site at the data center,
- cooperation with technical partners and subcontractors for UNIT4 Polska,
- managing HPE servers, including updating OS and firmware, reconfiguration, optimization, diagnostics, and resolving issues on hosts running Windows Server 2016 or later,
- performing minor maintenance tasks on HPE servers, such as upgrades, installations, and uninstallations of devices,
- monitoring device status through analysis of data from central software,
- preparing technical documentation in Polish and English,
- contact with clients in Polish and English,
- participation in various projects related to service development in the network area
