Technical Onboarding Specialist - Praxissoftware (m/f/d)

In Technical Onboarding, you will guide practices and hospitals in the introduction of our products and ensure that they can work smoothly with Doctolib from day 1. During onboarding, you will support complex IT cases and implement, in addition to our practice software, other products such as the AI-based telephone assistant and our appointment management solution. You don't have to know everything from day one. With your sound foundations and your motivation, you will grow into new topics with us.

Your Tasks

• Data migration with impact: You ensure that patient and appointment data is migrated safely and cleanly from old practice systems into our software – you bring order to data chaos and make the switch as smooth as possible for practices.
• Your connection to the practices: You communicate proactively when things get technical – whether by phone or email. You check that everything is correct before it can start, and you guide the practices through the entire onboarding process.
• In-house expert for everyone: Sales, Deployment & Co. rely on you when things get tricky. System configurations, API integrations, complex onboarding cases – you are the person who has the answers.
• Connecting everything: You integrate our all-in-one software into existing practice management systems and set up interfaces – so that everything works together seamlessly in the end.
• Room for your own ideas: Developing training, automating processes, tinkering in the Innovation Lab – with us, you have the opportunity to think outside the box and initiate real improvements.

Your Profile

To become part of our team, you bring the following:

• Data is your playground: You are very familiar with Excel (or similar tools) and have at least initial contact with SQL or Regular Expressions – you know how to shape data.
• Languages: You communicate confidently in German – whether standard German, Bavarian, or Berliner dialect, you understand your customers and are also confident in English communication.
• Tech basics are solid: APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, VPNs – nothing new to you. You know how things are connected.
• Communication is your strength: Whether on the phone or in an online meeting with customers – you find the right words, even when things get technical.
• New sounds exciting to you: You have an eye for detail and are curious about new topics – especially if they relate to health technology and digital processes.

This is a plus - or you'll learn it with us:

• Coding experience in JavaScript and/or Python and with SQL databases? Great – show us what you've built!
• Knowledge of patient management systems or EHR systems – if you know how practices tick digitally, that's a real bonus.
• SaaS & AI in everyday life – have you already worked with SaaS tools or integrated AI into your workflow meaningfully? Even better!
