Experienced with:
o XMPP chat tools
o Lotus Domino
o VoIP
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate, convey ideas clearly, and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Possesses strong writing abilities, with the capacity to construct clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to various audiences and purposes.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with:
o Fortinet family of software
o Cisco networking products
o HYCU Backup Solutions
o Microsoft products
o Titus
o Liquidware
o Ivanti
o Red Hat
o Tanium
o Netbox
o Carbon Black
o Elastic Monitoring products
Previous Minerva experience is highly desirable.
Proactive problem-solving attitude.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict timelines.
Experience in working within highly regulated, secure environments
