Technical Office Integration, Testing and Commissioning Directorship

Objective of the position

Direct and coordinate the integration of railway subsystems, supervise the testing and commissioning, and ensure that projects meet the highest international standards of quality, safety, and normativity.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the technical integration of railway subsystems (rolling stock, signaling, telecommunications, energy, SCADA, E&M).

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise validation, verification, and commissioning tests.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, regulations, and RAMS criteria (reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety).

• Manage the multidisciplinary coordination with engineering, quality, interfaces, and security areas.

• Define strategies for risk management, schedules, and cost control related to testing and commissioning.

• Represent the project technically before stakeholders, auditors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

• Implement and supervise Project Management and document management methodologies.

• Generate executive reports on progress, incidents, and normative compliance.
