Technical Manager/Mine Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager/Mine Foreman with strong Mining experience to oversee production operations on a Sand Mine near Khayelitsha, Western Cape Overseeing all operations, both on site and in the office {administration}, managing workers, coordinating production and monitoring all site systems. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs Track and record production plans and forecasts as well as identifying and flagging potential issues. Monitor and control all site systems, including but not limited to: [site-specific equipment], [specific software], and [other relevant technology]. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Provide guidance and support to workers on site, ensuring a safe working environment. Develop and implement strategies for improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Identify and address potential risks and hazards, taking corrective action as necessary.
