Technical Manager

Important construction company with headquarters in Milan, active on over 50 sites across the territory of Milan and province, oriented towards sustainability, innovation, and quality project design, is looking for a permanent Area Manager to be inserted within its own organization. The resource, reporting to the Direction, will have the responsibility of ensuring the achievement of economic and operational objectives assigned to the contracts, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and budgetary constraints, while also guaranteeing the quality of the work performed. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, coordinating the activities of the various departments involved in the construction process, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as an Area Manager or similar role. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the construction process and relevant regulations.
