Technical Manager - Security/CCTV URGENT

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of security system projects, specifically CCTV systems. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine optimal locations for CCTV cameras and equipment. Design and develop CCTV system architectures and infrastructures. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials for team members. Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed. Identify and address technical issues and concerns in a timely manner. Monitor and report on project progress and status. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CCTV systems, technologies, and industry trends. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in security technology.
