Aufgaben

• Technical Consulting and Owner's Representation: You support the project leadership in all technical planning, execution, and decision-making processes. In this context, you represent the interests of the owner's side against general planners, general contractors, specialist planners, and authorities in technical matters.
• Planning and Quality Management: You review and evaluate technical plans from phases 1 to 9. In doing so, you ensure that exhibition-specific standards, qualities, norms, guidelines, and statutory regulations are complied with.
• Changes and Variations Management: You analyze technical variations and optimization possibilities for construction projects, review technical changes, and accompany the procurement process together with the project leadership and purchasing.
• Bauausführung, Baustellenkontrolle und Abnahmen: You conduct regular site visits, document defects and risks, and accompany technical inspections, functional tests, and commissioning.
• Kommunikation und Schnittstellenkoordination: You are the central technical point of contact for internal demanders, operators, and user areas. At the same time, you coordinate technical information between owner's side, general planners, general contractors, specialist planners, and authorities.
• Technical Reporting: You support technical reporting, prepare technical matters in a comprehensible manner, and create a reliable basis for decisions in the project environment.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Bauprojektumfeld: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in building project management, technical project management, or owner's representation, ideally in collaboration with general planner or general contractor structures.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bau- und Planungsumfeld: You bring good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB/B and VOB/C as well as building law regulations.
• Breites technisches Verständnis: You have in-depth expertise in architecture, structural planning, technical building equipment, fire protection, permit procedures, and construction logistics, particularly in existing buildings. This enables you to quickly grasp complex technical matters, evaluate them, and orient yourself towards solutions.
• Akademischer technischer Hintergrund: You have a completed degree, for example, in civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment or a comparable technical field.
• Methoden- und Systemkompetenz: You are confident in handling project management methods and tools and work analytically, structuredly, and comprehensibly.
• Digitale Planungskompetenz: Ideally, you have experience working with CAD or BIM tools.
• Kommunikationsstärke: You have very good German language skills
• Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise: You think future-oriented, act pragmatically and proactively, and drive topics forward independently.
• Kollaboratives Auftreten: You work solution-oriented, promote cooperation, and develop feasible solutions together with project participants, without losing sight of goals, quality, and results.
