Technical Manager

LHH Per a historic client company operating in the energy sector (production, distribution, and facility management), we are currently looking for a Technical Manager. Responsibilities The resource, reporting to the Technical Director, will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the services of managing, conducting, and maintaining technological installations (compressed air, HVAC, industrial electrical systems), production of electric energy (conventional and photovoltaic power plants) and distribution networks (including primary and secondary substations). - Plan and control project/operation progress or Curate interface relationships with the Corporate Management Office, preparing and presenting periodic Work Progress Reports (WPRs) - Manage project documentation and prepare/prioritize estimates for different project phases in collaboration with project managers - Propose annual budget forecasts for departments; - Monitor and report on compliance with assigned budgets for each project or contract, collaborating on report preparation. - Supervise the drafting and management of programs for conducting and maintaining installations for which the company has assumed or will assume contractual commitments. - Supervise the implementation of operational safety plans and relevant regulations regarding worker health and safety, reporting any non-compliance or infractions to competent internal authorities and the DT. Your Profile Candidates with the following qualifications will be considered: - Specialist degree in Industrial Engineering - Previous experience as Program/Project Manager or Maintenance/Service Manager - Preferred experience in companies producing and distributing electric energy, maintenance management. - Knowledge of Electrical Design, Electrotechnics - Experience in coordinating teams >20 resources #LI-NG1 Sector: Energy Role: Engineering/Design
