What we're looking for A highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager who can lead and manage a team of technical professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to think strategically. Key responsibilities Include leading and managing a team of technical professionals, providing technical guidance and support to the business, and developing and implementing technical strategies to drive business growth. Key requirements A degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as engineering, computer science or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the real estate or property services industry. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industry trends and best practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to think strategically and develop effective technical strategies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
