Technical Manager (Engineering, Electronics, UPS/DC)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the technical aspects of projects. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with clients to understand their power backup requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct site surveys and assessments. Design and develop architectures and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the implementation of power backup systems. Provide technical support and training to clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Monitor and report on project progress and performance. Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in a technical management role. Strong understanding of power backup systems, including UPS/DC technology.
