Job description
Job Title: Latin America Technical Manager Job Responsibilities: Technical Training: Conduct online and on-site technical training for LATAM service providers and clients. Spanish Documentation: Prepare all Spanish technical materials (Service Manuals, BOMs, FAQs) for product launches. Daily Tech Support: Provide daily maintenance guidance and remote troubleshooting support to local service providers. Quality Supervision: Supervise service providers' repair quality and conduct regular after-sales inspections. Regular Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on LATAM technical operations, including training metrics and quality control data.
