TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the annual process work plan according to the annual product work plan of the enterprise.

2. Guide and prepare process management documents such as process standards, manuals and quality control points.

3. Participate in the review of product technology design and process design based on structural reasonableness, the technical requirements and precision requirements coordination, equipment capability practicality and product reliability.

4. Guide and review the preparation of new product process plan, prototype trial production process plan, small batch trial production process plan, batch production process plan and product process route table, process card, process drawing and general process code, etc.

5. Transform, understand and absorb foreign technical documents, batch production process plan and product process route table, process card, process drawing and general process code

6. According to the process equipment design specification and technical requirements, arrange the drawing design of process equipment and prepare the tooling technical document, deliver the order or manufacturing after approval, and participate in the verification and modification.

7. Review the working procedure of material process consumption quota formulation. According to product design, technical requirements and process requirements, review and formulate material process consumption quota schedule and summary schedule.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical/electrical/automation/automotive (mechanical major is preferred), automotive industry experience is preferred;

2, 5 years or above working experience y;

3. Team management experience (more than 3 years of team management experience)

4. Proficient in AUTOCAD and other drawing software

5, Good knowledge of APQP, FMEA, SPC

6. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, coordination skills and team spirit
