Job description
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

Manage spare parts stocks:
Productivity:
- Ensures the realization of maintenance objectives (daily/monthly/yearly).
- In charge of creating and implementing global Preventive Maintenance Plans, applying across all Company premises and covering all productive and supporting equipment.
- FOLLOWs maintenance figures, analyzes drifts, and remedies them.
- Establishes standards and policies for installation, modification, testing, operating procedures, inspections, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
- DIRECTS maintenance of plant buildings and coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
- FOLLOWs MTBF & MTTR by machines, analyzes discrepancies, engages resolutions of problems, and leads corrective actions if needed.
- Defines priorities of actions within the framework of problem resolutions.
- Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
- Tests newly installed machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract specifications.
- Maintains cleanliness and arrangement of his department by applying 5S methodology and considering comments from Daily Patrol.
Manage spare parts stocks:
- Validates lists of spare parts items (critical/general) and maintains stocks.
- Regularly searches for new vendors and optimized repairing solutions
