In this role, you’ll lead development teams, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable solutions across portfolio, program, and project management. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of ServiceNow SPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop technical designs that meet those needs. • Ensure the successful delivery of projects by leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in ServiceNow SPM and related areas. • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to share best practices and lessons learned with the team. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow SPM or a related field. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow SPM architecture, features, and capabilities. • Experience leading development teams and managing project timelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
