Technical Lead Salesforce Senior Developer

We are looking for the following profile: Technical Lead Salesforce Senior Developer / Bilingual

REQUIREMENTS:

• English level must be B2+ or higher
• The profile is a Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead with solid experience of 8 to 10+ years in Salesforce, especially in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The profile must have advanced technical capacity to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce, in addition to technically leading other developers.
• Key experience is in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, with at least 5 years working on telephony integrations, routing, AI, and DevOps layers.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce architecture, integration with other systems, complex data models, and managing deployments between sandbox and production is also required.
