- Provide support and recommendations to SA, project team, development teams on the solution pertaining to platform data/services and functionality.
- Banking domain knowledge.
- TSYS application knowledge.
- Knowledge of SDLC.
- Automated testing framework. Banking documentation Knowledge.
- Testing metrics, Data driven decision making.
- Analyze the data, problem solving skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
