As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and architects in the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based solutions for our clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for cloud-based solutions • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and architects • Ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions to clients • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends • Participate in the development of ProArch’s technical strategy and vision • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners • Participate in the development of ProArch’s technical strategy and vision.
