Technical Lead

We are looking for someone to join our company and push the frontiers of enterprise AI further. This is not going to be just another software engineering job. We will need you to be flexible with your job scope, which includes nurturing younger software developers, strategising together with the management on the product and go-to-market, maintaining the coding standards, and then some. As we are pushing the frontiers, the direction and execution clarity are often vague, iterative, and less structured. You will need to have a strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning algorithms, data structures, software engineering principles, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. The ability to work with distributed teams, communicate effectively, and be adaptable is crucial. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, mentor junior developers, and drive the technical direction of our AI projects.
