Technical Lead (.NET & Azure)

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (.NET & Azure) to lead the development of innovative applications. This role includes guiding a team of software engineers, establishing coding and quality standards, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate with business analysts, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders throughout the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional growth. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Project Planning & Execution Participate in project planning sessions, estimating effort and timelines. Define and manage technical specifications and architectural designs. Oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery and quality of software solutions. Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Technical Expertise & Architecture Design and implement software solutions using .NET technologies and Azure services. Design and maintain the architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, business analysts, and QA engineers. Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in and contribute to technical discussions and decisions. Provide regular updates on project progress and technical challenges. Quality & Standards Define and enforce coding standards and best practices. Ensure the quality of software solutions through code reviews and testing. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, leading software development teams. Strong proficiency in .NET development, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Extensive experience with Azure services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and others. Experience with architectural patterns and design principles (e.g., microservices, RESTful APIs). Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
