As Technical Lead Mechaniek, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and suppliers. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing a team of technical professionals; • Developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet client needs; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget; • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technical projects. Requirements: • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership roles; • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, processes, and technologies; • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: • VCA (VCA - Vehicle Certification Authority) certification is an asset but not required.
