Technical Lead (Manager)

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead (Manager) to join our Auckland-based engineering team. This is a genuinely hybrid role— you’ll split your time roughly 50/50 between hands-on technical delivery and leading your squad. Unlike a pure management role, you’ll remain a practising engineer: building and reviewing code, shaping architecture, and setting the technical bar for your team. As our new Tech Lead (Manager), you will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
