Technical Lead - Java

Job Summary: We are looking for a Tech Lead – Java to drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS and be capable of leading a team of engineers in building enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance Java applications. Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects. Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in Java development, including expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices. Strong understanding of AWS cloud services. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
