Service Manager

We are specifically looking for someone with significant experience in managing operational contracts for application maintenance services, within the processes of Billing, metering and Credito for Utilities.The ideal candidate will have end-to-end management of ams services for enterprise clients, direct interface with the customer for request management, escalation and reporting/sal.

Competences and requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and proven experience in Billing processes within the Utilities sector;
• Excellent knowledge and proven experience in metering/credito processes within the Utilities sector;
• Excellent knowledge of Business Analysis tools;
• Experience with ITIL V3/V4 methodologies and incident/problem/change management;
• Good knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management;
• Autonomy in managing complex developments and various project phases;
• Experience in coordinating operational teams: planning task assignments, prioritization, bug resolution, monitoring service levels (KPI/SLA/OLA) and performance management
• Inglese B2
