Technical Lead – End User Technology Service

The Technical Lead – End User Technology Service is responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic direction for Santander’s End User Technology services within the Global Technology & Operations (GT&O) function. This role ensures the stability, scalability, and modernization of end-user platforms across the enterprise, driving innovation in workplace technologies and delivering secure, efficient, and high-quality IT services to all Santander employees. The Technical Lead acts as a trusted advisor to the GT&O leadership team, providing technical expertise and guidance on End User Technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps for End User Technology services, in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. • Collaborating with IT teams to design, implement, and maintain end-user platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. • Providing technical guidance and support to IT teams on End User Technology initiatives, ensuring compliance with Santander’s technology standards and best practices. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with End User Technology services, ensuring continuity of operations and minimizing potential disruptions. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions to continuously improve End User Technology services and drive innovation in workplace technologies. The Technical Lead will be expected to work collaboratively across the organization, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
