Technical Lead – DeltaV Systems

Job Title: Technical Lead– DeltaV Systems Location : Pune Experience : 6–9 years Industry : Industrial Automation / Process Control / Manufacturing / Life Sciences Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Technical Lead/Manager to oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation systems using Siemens PLCs and HMIs (S7-317-2 PN/DP, S7-315-2 DP, S7-317-2 DP, S7-1214, TP1500/TP700/KP400/TP900 Comfort Panels) and Emerson DeltaV DCS platforms. The idea is to lead a team of engineers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation systems for various industries such as manufacturing, life sciences, process control, and industrial automation. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing automation solutions using Siemens PLCs and HMIs (S7-317-2 PN/DP, S7-315-2 DP, S7-317-2 DP, S7-1214, TP1500/TP700/KP400/TP900 Comfort Panels) and Emerson DeltaV DCS platforms. • Leading a team of engineers in the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation systems for various industries such as manufacturing, life sciences, process control, and industrial automation. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards. • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 6-9 years of experience in automation systems design, development, and deployment using Siemens PLCs and HMIs (S7-317-2 PN/DP, S7-315-2 DP, S7-317-2 DP, S7-1214, TP1500/TP700/KP400/TP900 Comfort Panels) and Emerson DeltaV DCS platforms. • Strong understanding of automation systems design principles, programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic, Function Block), and software development methodologies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
