Technical Lead (Content Management Systems - CMS)

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the delivery, modernization, and implementation of enterprise Content Management System (CMS) solutions. In this role, you will work onsite with the customer, serving as the critical technical bridge between client stakeholders and our offshore engineering teams to ensure complex requirements are seamlessly translated into high-quality digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Liaison : Serve as the primary, onsite technical lead for all CMS-related projects, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions that meet customer needs. Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to achieve project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations. Communicate technical information effectively, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CMS development. Leverage this expertise to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, driving business value through technology. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years of experience in technical leadership roles; Strong understanding of content management systems, including architecture, design, and implementation; Experience with Agile project management methodologies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
