Step aboard as a Technical Lead Consultant and help our clients get the most out of their Microsoft environment. You are the strategic sparring partner who optimizes business processes and translates them into smart technological solutions. You will become an integral part of the client team and play a crucial role in increasing customer satisfaction and business growth through expert advice and strategic technology implementation. This role offers a unique blend of business and technology: you advise and use your technical expertise to make an impact.

Your contribution to the journey    

• Develop and present improvement roadmaps and translate them into concrete assignments;
• Advise clients on future Microsoft developments and innovations;
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management to maximize customer value;
• Guide and coach consultants and developers, monitor quality, and share best practices;
• Actively coordinate with the Customer Team Manager and clients regarding progress and opportunities.

What do you bring? 

• HBO/WO education (preferably IT & Business, Business Administration, or similar);
• Experience as a (Senior or Lead) Technical Consultant with broad knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud concepts;
• Strong technical foundation, e.g., gained in development, engineering, or similar technical disciplines;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
