Job Title: Omnissa Horizon L4 Engineer - Team Lead (PST Shift) Location: Remote (PST Time Zone) Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday), with flexibility for on-call escalations. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Omnissa Horizon L4 Engineer to lead a high-performing team delivering critical VDI and digital workspace projects. In this leadership role, you will mentor engineers, manage project delivery, handle technical and process escalations, provide management insights, and ensure seamless integration with other teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead a team of Omnissa Horizon L4 Engineers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully. • Manage project delivery, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution. • Handle technical and process escalations, providing timely and effective solutions. • Ensure seamless integration with other teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the VDI or digital workspace space. • Strong understanding of Omnissa Horizon L4 technology and its applications. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
