Aufgaben

Here you come into play:
As Technical IT-Consultant (gn*), you understand yourself as a problem solver:in and advisor:in at the same time – you analyze technical inquiries, develop suitable solutions, and ensure smooth use of our software 360e.

Your tasks with us:

• Kundenbetreuung: You support our customers from E-Commerce, shipping trade, and retail personally and solution-oriented
• Ansprechpartner: You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction
• Kommunikation: You communicate with customers via our ticket system (Jira), email, and phone
• Schnittstelle: You connect customer requests with internal teams from development and project management
• Support: You process support cases independently or coordinate solutions together with the development team
• Beratung: You support existing customers in optimizing the use of our software 360e
• Problemlösung: You analyze issues structured and find practical solutions
• Weiterentwicklung: You bring customer feedback actively into the improvement of our software and services

Qualifikation

You bring with you:

• Fachlicher Hintergrund: You have completed an education in the field of computer science, business informatics or business administration – cross-industry professionals are also warmly welcome
• Kundensupport-Erfahrung: You bring experience in technical customer support, especially in processing, analyzing, and documenting technical inquiries and support cases
• Datenbankkenntnisse: You have fundamental knowledge of SQL and are confident in handling databases
• Branchenwissen: You have good knowledge of the E-Commerce, shipping trade, and/or logistics sector or bring the motivation to get involved in these topics
• Analysefähigkeit: You use your analytical skills to clarify requirements professionally and define suitable solutions
• Arbeitsmethoden: You work with agile methods like Scrum or Kanban
