Technical Instructors - AI-Assisted Programming (Part-time)

We are looking for passionate and experienced software developers to join our team as part-time Technical Instructors. As a Technical Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering our AI-Assisted Programming courses, sharing your expertise and guiding students through the practical application of AI tools in software development. Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality instruction on topics related to AI-assisted programming, including but not limited to: * Fundamentals of AI and Machine Learning in Software Development. * Prompt Engineering and effective use of AI Code Assistants. * AI-powered debugging and code analysis techniques. * Automated code generation and refactoring using AI. * Best practices for integrating AI tools into existing development workflows. * Prepare and deliver lectures, workshops, and hands-on coding exercises. * Provide constructive feedback on student assignments and projects. * Answer student questions and provide support, both in-person and online. * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and software development, and incorporate new knowledge into teaching materials. * Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content and delivery. * Foster a positive and engaging learning environment. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to Nebius Academy's standards. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices. * Deep knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++). * Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in software development. * Experience with AI code assistants and other AI-powered development tools. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. * Prior experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
