Technical Installer Job Direct Hire Indefinite Time

MOM Consulting is looking for a Technical Installer to be hired directly. Our client is an engineering company that designs, purchases, and installs windows and doors. They offer solutions in PVC, aluminum, and wood. The company is passionate about innovation, both in product development and process planning in the construction industry. Every proposal is designed to offer clients a solution that meets their needs and functional and design requirements, with a focus on residential well-being. We are looking for a figure to support our operational team in installing windows and doors. The resource will be accompanied and trained by our team leader, with the goal of acquiring technical skills in assembling and installing various types of window frames. Our client is seeking a resource to be hired permanently in the company with the goal of growing and being integrated into the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Installing windows, sliding doors, and rolling shutters - Assembling internal and external doors - Installing mosquito nets, blinds, and complements - Supporting logistics and construction activities REQUIREMENTS REQUESTED: - Previous experience as a worker in the construction or industrial sector (not required but appreciated) - Self-motivated - Good manual skills, precision, and predisposition to teamwork - Occasional availability for travel with overnight stays (all expenses paid by the company) - Opportunity for internal career advancement from the role of installer to team leader JOB OFFER: - Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) Metalmeccanics – Installer 1st level - Annual salary: €25,176.58 (equivalent to €1,939.66 per 13 months) - Full-time contract – 40 hours a week - Initial temporary contract with subsequent stabilization or indefinite time contract with initial trial period - Ongoing support and training with expert personnel and continuous learning - Solid work environment focused on growing resources - Operational site: Bagnatica (BG) Employer: RUTECH GROUP SRL
