Technical Inside Sales

The role of Inside Sales is crucial within our organization. On the one hand, you act as a point of contact for our customers (integrators, installers, engineering firms, etc.).

You are responsible for preparing quotations and assisting them specifically with all kinds of questions about our high-tech measurement systems and control valves, orders, delivery times, and so on. On the other hand, you ensure the follow-up of orders to our suppliers. You will join a team of 17 people and work closely together in a team with colleagues within the internal sales team (8 people). You report to and are supervised by the Operational Manager.

You function as a commercially administrative key figure within the organization and create a close bond with the (existing) customers, but you are not afraid to be assertive and to ask follow-up questions where necessary. You are a driven employee with technical passion!

The ideal candidate for the Inside Sales position possesses the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor's degree in (electro)mechanics, energy management, electronics, etc., or equivalent through experience
• Recent graduates with sufficient maturity and motivation are also considered
• Good knowledge of Dutch & French is a must
• Strong communication and customer-oriented skills
• Technical affinity and passion
• Team player with strong administrative skills
