Job description

The Emilia-Romagna Region, through the Department of Innovation and Economic Development, is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to support the development and implementation of innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing technical teams and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate the work of technical teams involved in the development and implementation of innovative projects; • Collaborate with stakeholders, including regional authorities, local authorities, universities, research centers, and private companies, to identify and prioritize project ideas; • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management; • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of project deliverables, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement; • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the technical teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices; • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional authorities, local authorities, universities, research centers, and private companies. Requirements: • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; • At least 5 years of experience in managing technical teams and coordinating projects; • Strong understanding of innovation ecosystems and the role of technology in driving economic growth; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds; • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems; • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
