As Technical Implementation Engineer (F/M/*), you will lead technical discussions in onboarding and planning meetings, explain API interfaces, data flows, and security questions, break down technical objections into concrete solution options, and document decisions precisely and transparently. You will collect technical requirements from customers, translate these into clear structured tickets for the engineering team, and ensure that Proof of Concepts (PoCs) run smoothly with defined timelines, success criteria, and handovers towards implementation and long-term adoption. At the same time, you will act as a savings partner for the Sales Team to break down technical hurdles before contract signing.

Aufgaben

• You are the first point of contact when it comes to analyzing and solving technical problems for customers. You may pass on the problems to the right people.
• You analyze customer needs, develop solution architectures, prepare demos, and PoCs in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• You explain complex technical functions and integration possibilities clearly to customers, develop use cases, and identify potential technical hurdles that you present transparently.
• You work closely with Engineering and Product Teams internally and bundle feedback from deals into precise engineering tickets to actively influence the product roadmap and quality.
• You support the Customer Success Team in implementing technology, recognize early challenges, and ensure satisfied customers, extensions, and upsell opportunities.
• You develop and optimize continuous materials like Solution Sheets, Architecture Slides, Playbooks, and Demo Scripts to ensure consistent technical communication.
• You monitor market trends and competitors, work out technical differentiators, and equip the Sales Team with technical arguments.

Note: The focus is on technical impact in the customer and sales process – no classic sales role.

Qualifikation

• You bring fundamental technical knowledge, especially in areas such as API, networks, VPN tunnels, Kubernetes clusters, and cloud.
• You have a completed education as an IT specialist or a degree in business informatics, computer science, or similar.
• Ideal candidates have already gained experience as Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, or Technical Account Managers in a technology-driven SaaS environment.
• You can explain complex technologies clearly and document technical decisions based on data for senior engineers at the customer site.
• You are used to working closely with multiple internal teams to link technical results with business goals.
• You write precise documents and demos in German and English, as well as lead conversations in mixed rounds (departments, IT, management).
