Your tasks: - Be the main contact for the client’s technical requests - Maintain and improve the technical HVAC systems, ensuring they are functioning properly - Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth operations - Provide technical support to colleagues - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives - Develop and maintain relationships with clients - Identify opportunities for process improvements - Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) - Ensure all work is carried out according to the highest quality standards. Your qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as HVAC engineering or a related technical discipline - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their applications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
