Technical GSM Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical GSM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices (Android + iOS) and ensuring high-quality service.

You will also be responsible for:

- Diagnosing products that have reached the end of their service life;

- Performing repairs (such as battery replacement, display replacement, etc.);

- Managing and resolving rapid situations with defective products;

- Ensuring the standard of quality for performed repairs.
