Technical Facility Manager

LHH Per a company client in strong growth, operating in the consumer goods sector, with headquarters in the Rome North area, we are looking for a Technical Facility Manager. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for technical, maintenance and operational management of plants and infrastructure at the production plant. Collaborates with production departments to ensure correct functioning of utilities, compliance with regulations and continuity of operations, respecting safety, quality and sustainability standards: - technical management of civil and industrial installations (HVAC, electrical, water, fire suppression, compressed air, wastewater treatment, etc.) - planning and supervision of ordinary, extraordinary and predictive maintenance of production plants and infrastructure - coordination of external suppliers and contractors for technical and maintenance interventions. - collaboration with internal safety functions according to respect for current regulations - technical support in managing certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.) - management of facility management budget and control of maintenance costs - proposal and implementation of technical and technological improvements to plants - management of technical documentation and authorization practices (e.g. building permits, installations subject to periodic controls) - supervision of interventions in case of equipment failures or technical emergencies Your Profile Candidates with the following requirements will be considered: - degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or technical diploma with consolidated experience - previous experience of at least 5 years in the role, preferably in production contexts. - thorough knowledge of industrial technological installations and technical regulations - ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plant schematics - knowledge of safety and environmental regulations - good proficiency in main computer tools (MS Office, AutoCAD, CMMS/gestione maintenance software) - good organizational, decision-making and relational skills - good knowledge of the English language and preferably French #LI-NG1 Sector: Large retail/Supermarkets Role: Engineering/Design
