Tip contract: full-time

Description of the role:

We are looking for a Technical Facility Coordinator who will ensure the proper functioning of daily facility management operations. The role involves hands-on technical activities, coordinating suppliers and operational support to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment.

Main responsibilities:

1. •Ensuring the daily functioning of buildings and technical infrastructure
2. •Executing minor repairs and interventions (electric, sanitary, furniture, small installations)
3. •Monitoring facility management activities (cleaning, security, maintenance)
4. •Coordinating and monitoring external suppliers and their interventions
5. •Managing mail room activities (correspondence, packages, deliveries)
6. •Identifying and reporting preventive and corrective maintenance needs
7. •Respecting health and safety norms at work
8. •Maintaining order and safety in common areas and technical spaces

Requirements:

1. •Prior experience in a similar role (facility, maintenance, handyman)
2. •Basic technical knowledge: electric, sanitary installations, general repairs
3. •Good organizational and prioritization skills
4. •Ability to work independently and orient towards solutions
5. •Communication and collaboration skills with suppliers and internal teams
6. •Proactive and responsible attitude
